- Description
- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation will be issued via SF 1449. Solicitation number FA3300-04-T-0022 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The 42d Contracting Squadron/LGCA, Maxwell AFB, AL is requesting this requirement set-aside unrestricted for Walk Off Mats services. NOTE: Quantity is 52 weeks per year for CLIN?s 0001-4001. To ensure timely and equitable evaluation of quotes, scheduled contractors must comply with the instructions contained herein. Quotes must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirement of the Request for Quote (RFQ). The anticipated period of performance is 15 Jun 04-14 May 05. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 812332. The Size Standard Industrial Classification is 7218. The Small Business Size Standard is $12.Million annually.
