Description

The work will consist of construction of earth embankments for restoration or creation of wetland areas, Lincoln County, Oklahoma. Mobilization, 1 LS; wetland embankment 5,300 FT; excavation of lower existing embankment, 397 CY; corrugated metal (aluminized type 2) pipe conduits (18? barrel), 220 FT; corrugated metal (aluminized type 2) pipe risers (36? riser), 15 FT; snake islands (nesting), 3 EA; snake islands (submerged), 1 EA; deep water habitat island, 1 EA; channel blocks, 500 CY; vegetation, 8 AC; debris/structure removal, 1 LS; clearing and grubbing, 1 AC; excavation (reservoirs), 2 EA. All quantities are estimates. Performance time is 83 days. Estimated price range is between $50,000 - $100,000. This procurement is set aside 100 percent for small business. The North American Industry Classification Code is 237990. Bid packets will be available on www.fedbizopps.gov on May 24, 2004. There is a site showing scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on June 2, 2004. The group will meet on the west side of town at the IGA (supermarket) on Highway 66, Stroud, Oklahoma.
