- The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is seeking a contractor to provide services as a certified Technical Service Provider (TSP) for Irrigation System Designs throughout Idaho. Services include preparing designs, performing construction layouts and construction checks of Contractor?s work and completing final checks of completed construction for individual landowner irrigation systems. Work will be completed in accordance with the NRCS Idaho policies, procedures and the local NRCS Field Office Technical Guide requirements. Individual sprinkler systems involve a combination of conservation practices such as: wheel lines and/or center pivots, pipelines, pumping plants, irrigation regulating reservoirs and structures for water control. The work is divided into the following sub areas: Area 1 ? Blaine/Lincoln Counties; Area 2 ? Minidoka County; Area 3 ? Bingham/Power Counties; Area 4 ? Clark/Jefferson/Madison Counties. Bidders will be allowed to bid on any or all Areas. Multiple Awards are anticipated. The contractor must be certified as a TSP by the time of contract award. Bid packages will be available on FedBizOpps on or about June 4, 2004. Bids are due at 2:30 p.m. local time on July 6, 2004. This solicitation is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The Small Business size is $4 million average annual income, based on The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541990, Other Technical, Professional and Administrative Services.
