- Description
- The Forest Service requires trail maintenance on approximately 534.6 miles of trail on the Bitterroot National Forest, Ravalli County, MT, and Idaho County, Idaho. Work consists of clearing downed and leaning trees/logs; clearing loose rock and woody debris from the trail tread; and cleaning existing drainage structures, turnpike, ditches, and culverts. This project will advertised as a written quotation using Performance Based, Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The estimated start work date is June 21, 2004. The contract time will be approximately 100 calendar days. Quotes are due on June 16, 2004. The solicitation will be available on approximately June 2, 2004, and can be downloaded from this site at that time.
