Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This action is 100% small business set-aside (FAR 52.219-6). The North American Industry Classification System is 332999. The size standard is 500 employees. Item description 225 ea 3'x3'x6' PVC coated Gabions with hog ring closures and 5400 ea geotextile fabric #1201 and 5400 ea geotextile fabric #GTS200. These items are to be delivered on an on-call-as-needed basis. Evaluation of quotes will be based on price of offers meeting Government technical requirements. Registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required (FAR 52.204-7/DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt A). Registration may be made via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov/ or by calling 1-888-227-2423. Items contained in this solicitation are for delivery to Gen Mitchell IAP/ARS, Milwaukee, WI 53207-6299. Please indicate whether FOB destination or Origin and freight amount in your quote. Solicitation provisions FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror-Commercial Items (Jan 2004) and DFARS 252.225-7000, Buy American Act, Balance of Payments Program Certificate (Apr 2003) are applicable. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provisions FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial items (Jan 2004) with quote.
