Description

The Coast Guard intends to issue a Request for Proposal for dredging of the pier 36 slip and Berth A and the construction of stone columns at Berth A at the USCG Integrated Support Command (ISC) Seattle. The USCG facility is located on government owned property in Seattle, Washington. Approximately 36,000 cubic yards of contaminated sediments will be dredged and disposed at an upland facility. Approximately 16,000 cubic yards of clean sediments will be dredged and disposed at a DMMP site. Approximately 153 stone columns will be constructed at Berth A. Contract duration is 250 days. The Government Estimate range is $3 to $5 million. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the lowest price, technically acceptable offeror. This procurement is unrestricted. The solicitation document will be available at www.fedbizopps.gov approximately 2 March 2004.
