- Defense Commissary Agency located at Fort Lee, VA intends to purchase 24 Ken Blanchard motivational videos for the Defense Commissary Agency. The RFQ will be released on or about 17 May 2004. This RFQ will be issued on a simplified acquisition, small business set-aside basis. Only written requests for a copy will be honored (facsimile or email acceptable) and must contain the following information: RFQ number, requestor's name and address, business size, telephone number, DUNS number and CAGE code.
