- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR OFFICE SPACE PARK HILLS, MISSOURI CITY LIMITS The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks expression of interest from owners and authorized agents of existing, aboveground office and related space. The Government presently occupies 5,800 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office space within the city limits of Park Hills, Missouri. The Government will consider relocation if economically advantageous. The Government will consider agency mission requirements, the cost of moving, alterations, etc. when deciding whether it should relocate. Occupancy would be required by December 15, 2004. AMOUNT: GSA desires to lease approximately 6,764 square feet of BOMA rentable space. Rentable space must yield approximately 5,882 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, available for use by the agency for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. TENANT: Social Security Administration (SSA) LOCATION: City limits of Park Hills, Missouri REQUIRED: Tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space offered must conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. . TERM: Lease will be for a term of ten (10) years with the Government having termination rights after the fifth (5) year with one hundred and eighty days (180) days written notice to the Lessor.
