- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for various commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation shall be awarded on sole source basis to The Boeing Management Company. Although this acquisition is not a small business set-aside, the NAICS code for this solicitation is 333319 with a size standard of 500 employees. The following items are required: Procurement of one DA250M0423-507 Caution Adviisory Panel for the T-45 2F138D #1 Trainer. This panel has the specific design, form, fit, electrical and functional characteristics required for interfacing with the other device components present in the Trainer. These item will be shipped to NAS Kingsville with delivery NLT August 2005. Delivery shall be FOB Origin. The following FAR/DFARS provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, 52.212-3 ALTERNATE I, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 (Dev), 52.232-33, 252.204-7001, and 252.204-7004. The following subparagraphs of FAR 52.212-5(b) apply: (12) through (16) and (22). The following subparagraphs of FAR 52.212-5(c) apply: None. The following clause of DFARS 252.212-7001 applies: 252.225-7001. A COMPLETED COPY OF THE FOLLOWING MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE QUOTE: FAR 52.212-3 AND DFARS 252.212-7000. The DPAS rating for this solicitation is N/A. See CBD numbered note 22 (45 days is changed to read 15 days).
