- Description
- The U.S. Army, Tank Automotive and Armaments Command, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with New Mexico Technology, Energetics Materials Research and Test Center in Socorro, New Mexico, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a) (2) (iii) and (b) (1). This requirement is to perform test services to conduct ballistic threat intercept tests using 60mm mortar munitions. Please see Numbered Note 22.
