- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested GSA Holders Only and a written solicitation will not be issued. All quotes must meet the government requirements all or none. Solicitation W9133N-04-M-GATOR is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will result in a firm fixed price contract. REQUIREMENTS: CLIN 0001 6X4 Diesel Gator Truck Part No 1973W-4000 QTY 95 Each Includes: Box power lift kit, heavy duty shocks, olive drab corrosion resistant paint, fold down rear bed, bumper and front brush guard, two batteries, heavy duty re inforced frame, fire extinguisher, pintle hitch, one rifle holder, keyless ignition and steering cable lock. CLIN 0002 Runflat Tire Upgrade Part No. 1004 QTY 95 Each CLIN 0003 Litter Carrier Part No. BM19963 QTY 95 Each CLIN 0004 Blackout Lights Part No. BM19965 QTY 95 Each CLIN 0005 Winch Kit, 2,500 LBS (requires front receiver hitch)QTY 95 Each CLIN 0006 Front Receiver Hitch QTY 95 Each CLIN 0007 Rear Receiver Hitch QTY 95 Each. The Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. The FAR clauses my be viewed at http://farsite.hill.af.mil Contractors subm itting quotes must be enrolled in the Central Contractor Registration Program (CCR). The closing date for this solicitation will be 21 May 2004, 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Late quotes will not be accepted. Your quote shall be submitted in writing to chris.pettigrew@ngb.ang.af.mil. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a purchase order for the subject items. The Government shall not be obligated to pay for any information developed and/or furnished by potential sources in response to this notice.
