- The 21st Contracting Squadron, LGCBA, Peterson AFB, CO., 80914, issues this pre-solicitation notice to advise all prospective offerors of our requirement for Community Capacity Action Plan creation for Air Force Space Command (AFSPC). A Request For Quotation (RFQ) and Statement of Work (SOW) are available immediately for this acquisition and shall be attached to this posting. The RFQ receipt date is 21 May 2004, 1200 Mountain Daylight Time (MDT). This acquisition is intended to be a 100% Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 541618, with a size standard of $6M. This acquisition shall be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) parts 12 and 13 for commercial items.
