- 16-Aircraft components and accessories!! NSN: 1650-01-059-4527HS, PART NUMBER: 104-33812-2. 5 EA. Applicable to: F15A-E. Destination: Tinker Air Force Base, OK 73145-9013. Delivery: 1 Each, Apr 04 (unobtainable); 1 Each, Sep 04; 3 Each, May 05. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the government. Qualification requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award and will find the qualification requirements attached. However, the award will not be held up pending approval of any source for qualification. IAW 1147 drawing 104-33812 is not available in Air Force files. THE SURPLUS REQUIREMENT IS FOR NEW AND UNUSED SURPLUS ONLY. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTION TO ACCEPT USED/OVERHAULED. All proposals received within forty-five days after the date of this publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
