Description

Provide all supplies, materials, labor, transportation, travel and associated costs to provide and install two (2) American Dynamics Intellex V3.1 digital Video Recorders, 16-channel, with Premier Package configuration and rack mounts (American Dynamics model number D60031P-048R), or equal; one (1) 4-port KVM Switcher/Controller System (American Dynamics model number AD168-R48L-24C), or equal. Contractor to install and configure equipment with existing CCTV equipment at the VA Medical Center, Bay Pines, Florida. Contractor to provide four (4) hours of training. All work is to be performed in accordance with the guidelines established by Federal, State and local ordinances, with industry standards/manufacturers? guidelines, and with all terms, conditions provisions, schedules and specifications of this solicitation. Hard copy solicitations will not be made available. Contractors may obtain a copy of the solicitation and any attachments at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. Contractors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any amendments. All quotes must be returned to the address in block 9 of Standard Form 1449. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561621 applies. This is a 100% total small business set-aside. This solicitation is being issued as a Commercial Item Acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12, and will be issued on or about May 19, 2004 with quotes due on or about June 18, 2004
