- Description
- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a Sole-source award to RadioSoft, Demorest, GA to procure the following: Item 0001: Comstody 2 Software Licenses (Qty 12 each); Item 0002: 3 inch Enhanced Terrain Option (Qty 12 each); Item 0003: Overlay Package Continental USA Option (Qty 12 each). RadioSoft Software is currently being used by the ATF. The software updates requested must be compatible with the current RadioSoft Software. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Software must comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act as amended in 1998. There is no solicitation available for this requirement. This requirement will be awarded through the Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13.
