- Description
- The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking potential contractors to provide all labor and materials to design, fabricate, and install complete fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA standards. The location of the work is at the Verne E. Gibbs Health Center, Poplar, Montana; Chief Redstone Clinic, Wolf Point, Montana; and Pryor Clinic, Pryor, Montana. The estimated cost range of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The tentative issue date of the solicitation is June 18, 2004, with a closing date of July 19, 2004. The completion time is 120 calender days. This project is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program Act of 1988, Public Law 100-656. Specifications and plans will be available for inspection without charge at the Office of the Indian Health Service, 2900 Fourth Avenue North, Billings, Montana. There is also no charge for the solicitation documents. Contractors provided with the Standard Form (SF)-1417, Pre-Solicitation Notice, should respond in Block 14 of the form by specifying whether the company is interested in bidding on the project or not and returning the form to the Billings Area IHS.
