- Description
- Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Harting Biological Consulting for the office of Pacific Islands Fisheries Science Center located in Honolulu, Hawaii. The purpose of proposed contract is for analysis and assessment of monk seal population. The contractor will perform various tasks associated with the compilation, statistical analysis, and interpretation of numeric data and shall provide in written form a summary of the results from the analyses of monk seal population. Dr. Harting is highly respected within the marine mammal scientific community, has been identified as the only source that can complete work under proposed contract. This notice may represent the only official notice. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.00.
