- THIS MODIFICATION CHANGES THE RESPONSE DATE TO JUNE 7, 2004. EVERYTHING ELSE IN THE SNOPSIS IS THE SAME.All Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR) in order to be considered for award. Information on the registration process can be found on the internet at: http://www.ccr.gov. You may call 1-888-222-2423 for help. Project is for road decommission of 5.01 kilometers (3.1 miles) of roads. Work includes removing road prism and culverts. Estimated start work date is 7/15/04 with 45 calendar days contract time. Government Estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. An alternate payment protection (payment bond) will be required after award. This project is being advertised as a written quotation and will be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition (SAP) rules.
