- PR No: LTC04041018129: This solicitation will contain an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). THIS IS A NAVY CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM. The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years: Origin inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be on and unrestricted basis, on other than full and open competition procedures -- QPL Applies. The NSN is as follows 6620-00-553-8892. Delivery: FOB Destination, 142 days ARO. Sources: AIRCRAFT APPLICANCES AND EQUIPMENT AND VICKERS ELECTRO MECH. Specifications or Plans related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the government on this NSN. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
