- Lackland, Kelly, Randolph, Laughlin AFB's TX, Brooks CDC, TX, Wilford Hall Hospital; Air Force and Navy School; Fort Sam Houston, TX; NS Ingleside, TX; NAS Fort Worth, TX; Gary and Laredo JCC's, TX; require various amounts of subsistence items from the 8900 Federal Catalog or their commercial equivalents. Items to be delivered approx. 30 days after date of award through 11 months thereafter. Four (4) successive one-year options are available under this acquisition. This is an unrestricted acquisition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. Also, the contract(s)will be awarded to a Prime Vendor using Best Value Source Selection Methods. Offerors must be able to interface with the Government's established translation package, and support Electronic Data Interchange transaction sets listed in the solicitation. Customers will be provided delivery on a "Just in Time" basis. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the new DLA-BSM DIBBS website.
