- SOLICITATION SP075004R2790 is an unrestricted acquisition for an Indefinite Quantity Contract consisting of 5 repair parts to support various Army and Marine weapon systems. The annual estimated dollar amount for the entire population is $118,971. IQC will contain one base year and an option to extend the contract for up to four year(s) beyond the initial contract term. The total shall not exceed 5 years. A listing of the NSN’s is included as an attachment to this synopsis. NSN’S, excluding 2990010707936, will require ORIGIN INSPECTION and acceptance. Delivery is FOB Destination to CONUS stock locations only. Quotations must be submitted in written form. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of March 1, 2004 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
