- NAICS Code: 541990 THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A LIST OF THE ITEMS BEING PROCURED CAN BE FOUND AT THE WEBSITE REFERENCED BELOW. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has a technical support requirement for analysis utilizing solar ultraviolet (UV-B) radiation data from the U.S. EPA Solar Ultraviolet Radiation Monitoring Network. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 541990. The Small Business Size Standard is $6,000,000.00. The request for quote number is RFQ-RT-04-00169. The Request for Quote document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-06. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated to result from the award of this request for quote. The contractor shall provide the following: see RFQ No. RFQ-RT-04-00169 at http://www.epa.gov/oam/rtp_cmd/. The following FAR provision apply to this solicitation: 52.212-1, Evaluation-Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; All offerors are to include with their offers a completed copy of provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items. The following FAR clause applies to this acquisition: 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. The FAR certifications and any subsequent amendments will be available via the Internet World Wide Web at http://www.epa.gov/oam/rtp_cmd only. Hard copies or diskettes will not be available. It will be your responsibility to frequently check the same site where the notice is posted for any amendments.
