Description: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to negotiate a sole-source purchase order with Reprographic Research Center (RRC) for a service agreement in support of analyzing how to conduct adversarial analysis (simulate) on U.S. banknote features. Award will be made on a sole-source basis for services to be performed by Reprographic Research Center under the authority of FAR 13.104. See numbered note 22. This is only a notice of intent and not a notice to request.
