- The contractor shall provide Quadfire Digital Receivers. A Firm Fixed Price, commercial type contract will be negotiated on a sole source basis to Design Lightning Corp., of State College, PA. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. Comments shall be submitted to Jennifer Kelley, Code 0217JK. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 334111 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. Numbered Note 22 applies.
