- Description
- Provide materials and services necessary to accomplish specific prototyping, modifications, upgrades, service life extensions, testing and repairs for unmanned vehicles, boats, craft and Service Craft or their associated systems for Marine Boatyard Services and Industrial Support. The solicitation will be divided into two Lots. One Lot will be for crafts that are trailerable without special permits. The other Lot will be for crafts that are trailerable by special permit or delivered via waterways. The contractor may submit a proposal on one Lot or both Lots. This will be an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity, firm fixed price contract for a base year with four one-year options. Performance of work will be predominantly on the East Coast of the United States. Award will be based on best value procurement utilizing past performance, technical and price as evaluation fact ors. This procurement is not restricted to MSRA/ABR contractors. Anticipate solicitation being issued in August 2004.
