- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) order to Martin-Baker Aircraft Company, Limited under sole-source BOA N00019-02-G-3046. The purpose of this order is to procure engineering, technical and logistical support for the Royal Australian Air Force to test the affects Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System (JHMCS) has on the Navy Aircrew Common Ejection Seats (NACES) during the catapult phase of ejection. Martin-Baker Aircraft Company, Limited is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of NACES and the only known source with the required technical expertise and data to meet the Government?s needs.
