You may fax or mail your request to ATTN: AMSAM-AC-CH-A, Contracting Officer, fax 256-876-9066. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. PRON: AX4C0459AX, NSN: 1560-01-232-0030, PN:234S4914(-4). Quantity: 27 each, plus one 100% option, applicable to the CH-47 Airframe with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required Delivery Schedule without First Article Testing is 27 each, 220 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, Cage Code 77272, because the manufacture of this part requires use of master or coordinated tooling. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encourag ed to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for furture solicitation by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer which sh all be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their repective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
