- IAW FAR 6.302-1. The Northern Region Contracting Center at Fort Eustis VA intends to award to BoB Aucone a sole source Non-Competitive basis for Reproductions Rights and Master in Perpetuity for Army JROTC Chief Justice Mini-Sets for Hq Cadet Command at Fort Monroe VA. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) cide is 2741, Miscellaneous Publishing. Due date for responses is May 17, 2004, 11 a.m. EST. Therefore, inaccordance with 41 U.S.C. 41 253(c) (1) as implemented in FAR 6.302.1 the governme nt intends to make the award to Bob Avcone after close of this notice. A determination not to open the requirement to competition based on responses received to this notice is solely within the dsicretion of this agency.
