- Description
- Operational Contracting, US Air Force Academy intends to award a sole source purchase order utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to Serials Solutions LLC for a one year subscription to an electronic journal service. This service is being acquired for the USAF Academy Cadet Library. Services to be purchased include: The Serials Solutions Overlap Analysis, A-to-Z title lists, Journal Linker, Hosted Search, Article Linker, and full MARC records with accompanying technical support. It is desired these services be obtained from one source. Supplies and/or services are available from only one responsible source. No other type of supply or service will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. If no response is received by May 19, 2004 to the effect that comparable supplies and/or services are available that would be more advantageous to the Government than obtaining these supplies and or services though a sole source procurement with Serials Solutions LLC a sole source award will be made.
