- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a 100% small business set-aside procurement. This is a notice of the intent to procure UHF radio upgrade for the Macdill Air Force Base Fire Department. The following specs are required: General Dynamics radio parts, part number 01-P36009M009 Remote Control Unit qty of 1, part number 30-P35581J001 Cable for URC-200 to Remote Accessory length -20ft length between remote control unit & speaker- qty of 1, part number 50-P36033M002 Amplified remote speaker qty of 2, part number 50-P39208N001 hand microphone qty of 2. A brand name justification has been provided for this requirement. NAICS code 421690, Size Standard 500 Employees or 334220, Size Standard 750 Employees. Provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. Applicable FAR and DFARS clauses: 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-33, 252.212-7001, and 252.225-7001.
