- The 21st Contracting Squadron, Base Support Flight, Peterson Air Force Base (AFB), CO, 80914, issues this pre-solicitation notice for office furniture, as in attached listing. The items with an asterisk (*) are the open market portion of a potential General Service Administration (GSA) delivery order purchase. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 337214 with an associated size standard of 500 employees. The solicitation shall be issued on or about **12 May 04**. For additional information, please email SSgt Sherry Schuh at sherry.schuh@peterson.af.mil. No telephone calls accepted. ****ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Most of the work is matching the furniture that is already installed and a reconfiguration. The work is for Peterson AFB Building 920, Room A-108. The building is the Combined Intelligence Fusion Center. The specific room is the Intelligence System Division, Intelligence Systems Governance Branch. This is a limited access building. There is also some work in 11300, Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station (Intelligence System Division (Intelligence Network Operations Center)). For Building, 920 PAFB: It is a first floor room. There is an elevator in the Building. A truck can drive up to the loading area, on the opposite of the building. This is an existing building. For Building 11300, CMAFS: This is a third floor room, there is an elevator. But access is extremely limited. Sometimes trucks must be unloaded in the parking lot, then the material moved by handcart (1/2 mile) into CMAFS. If coordination is made, trucks (if proper size) are allowed into CMAFS to the loading dock, or a fork-lift may be made available. Expect lots of delays and standing around. As far as "or equal" products, specified products should match our existing products.****
