Description

This requirement is for the installation of Mylar Window Protection Film. The required work consists of the contractor supplying supervision, labor, equipment, tools, transportation and all materials necessary to furnish and install security window film on several buildings located throughout the 440th Airlift Wing. The period of performance of any resulting contract will be 120 days after notice to proceed is issued. This procurement is unrestricted as required by the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be taken into consideration. Award will be a firm fixed price contract and the procurement method will be a negotiated request for proposal process utilizing the trade-off process.
