- This is a modification to a previously posted presolicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) document subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation, number FA4600-04-T-0068 was issued on 11 May 04. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-22. All applicable provisions and clauses included in the actual solicitation. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 and the small business size standard $12M. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order for the replacement of a 10-ton air conditioning unit with a 20-ton air conditioning unit (see solicitation FA4600-04-T-0068 for complete specification.) Please reference solicitation number FA4600-04-T-0068 on all correspondence. All quotations must be received by the 55th Contracting Squadron, 101 Washington Square, Offutt AFB NE 68113-2107 by 12:00 pm 24 May 04. Monitor this site for site visit information.
