Description

AMENDMENT NO. 2: Clarifications: The following clarifications are to keep the bidding field leveled. 1) Fujifilm LTO Ultrium 1 tape media - Quantity of 2000 in Jewel Cases; All tapes must include Barcode Labels applied to each tape. Label sequence to begin with "004360L1". Pricing must include shipping costs. 2) Russ Bassett Gemtrac LTO Rack to shelve the tapes, 120"W x 81"H x 30.25 D with a 42" aisle, part number GD81-5.5-13-29. Pricing must include shipping, delivery, and installation of the rack. FSL operates a Mass Storage System (MSS) which currently uses an ADIC AML/J Tape Robotic Library with IBM LTO drives which currently uses Fujifilm Ultrium LTO 1 tape media. 3) Vendors must specify a delivery date. 4) Vendors are not required to bid on both item(s) - partial bid is accepted. Award may result in a multiple award. Interested sources must submit a proposal by close of business May 18, 2004. Proposal may be submitted by email (preferred), fax, or mail. This requirement is set-aside for small business. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Commercial Items.
