- This solicitation is for multiple services. Contractor will provide all equipment, labor materials, tools, supervision, including safety and other incidentals necessary to perform multiple services within the boundaries of the Savannah River Site (SRS) Work includes but is not limited to site preparation by hack ?n? squirt method with herbicides, hand tree planting of seedlings, leave tree girdle method application with herbicide and various equipment rentals. The resulting indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract will be a base period and four option years. The size standard for this unrestricted solicitation is $6 million under NAICS code 115310. Solicitation should be available on this web site on or about 1 Jun 2004. The solicitation will be set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. There will be a site visit held. Details will be included in the solicitation. SRS is a restricted access Government facility. A minimum of 72 hours is required to process any security badge requests for U.S. Citizens and up to 30 days could be required for non-U.S. citizens. Contractors should pay close attention to the deadlines to submit information required to gain access for site visit included in the solicitation. Offerors must register on the site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. The offeror is responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation and any subsequent postings.
