- Description
- It is the intent of this Solicitation to secure Pocket Gopher Control Services for restoration units and seed orchards on the Hood River and Barlow Ranger Districts of the Mt. Hood National Forest, in accordance with the specifications. All units shall include a 100-foot buffer around the unit to be treated using baits or traps as specified. This is a Performance Based service contract with a required score of at least 75 percent for each subitem of successful results. Scores are determined by Government open-hole inspections. Only one rework is allowed to bring scores above 75 percent. If score is less than 75 percent after rework, no payment will be made for that unit. The Contracting Officer for this solicitation is Michael Patterson, 503-668-1739. The closing date has been extended to May 28, 2004.
