- Description
- This modification to the FEDBIZOPPS is issued as notification to change the closing date from indefinite to 27 August 04 with the issuance of Amendment 0010. The RFP, with amendments 0001 through 0009, for the cost comparison study for obtaining the most efficient and cost-effective method of providing distribution services in the management and operation of the Defense Distribution Center Anniston, AL (DDAA) is available at the following address: http://www.supply.dla.mil/a76/depots_third.asp. Amendment 0010 is scheduled to be available and issued on 20 May 2004. The resultant contract, if any, will be awarded on an all-or-none basis as a hybrid fixed-price (indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with cost-reimbursement provisions. The contract performance period will be a three-year base period with the potential of an additional two-year option period. This acquisition is unrestricted. This solicitation will not result in a contract if Government performance is determined to be more advantageous in accordance with the OMB Circular A-76 procedures. Hard copies of the RFP will not be available. A second Site Visit and Pre-proposal Conference is not scheduled. WE DO NOT POST OUR SOLICITATIONS ON THE FEDBIZOPPS.
