THE OFFEROR MUST PROVIDE A COMPLETE DATA PACKAGE INCLUDING DATA FOR THE APPROVED AND ALTERNATE PART FOR EVALUATION. ALTERNATE OFFERS MAY ONLY BE SUBMITTED DURING THE SOLICITATION AND ARE NOT PERMITTED AFTER AWARD.
