- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. This is a brand name only requirement. No substitutions will be accepted. A quantity of 94,340 MAM-A White Thermal Printable CD-R with the capability to write up to 52X and holding 700MB are required. Delivery shall occur within 30 days after receipt of award. Delivery address is 1200 1St Street SE, Washington, DC 20340-5100. This synopsis incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-23. The NAISC Code is 334613. The following provisions/clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Requirement to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, and DFAR 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items. The following factors will be used to evaluation offers: capability to meet Government's requirement and delivery and price.
