Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS SITE FOR BUILD-TO-SUIT VAN HORN, TX REQUIREMENT: United States Government is seeking a 5 ? 10 acre site to accommodate a 15,000 usable square foot build-to-suit office building to be leased by the Government. Once the site is identified, it is the intention of the Government to negotiate a 12-month no-cost option agreement. SITE REQUIREMENTS: The following criteria will be used when considering offered sites: 1) Whether site is within the delineated area 2) Site's environmental condition 3) Site's archeological resources 4) Site's historical resources 5) Site shall be outside the 100-year floodplain In addition to the above criteria, the acquisition cost of the site and estimated development costs will be considered. DELINEATED AREA: City of Van Horn, TX EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1) Evidence of authority to represent the owner 2) Map indicating site location, including address and/or cross-streets 3) Offering entity?s name, address, telephone and fax number 4) Evidence of authority to represent the owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the offer enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of Federal Agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration.
