- The Carderock Division Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Flowserve U.S., Inc. The contractor shall provide spare Primary Cooling Water and Secondary Cooling Water pump repair parts. The contractor is the sole manufacturer of the original Primary and Secondary Cooling Water pumps. Both pumps are precision titanium pumps; repair parts made by a different manufacturer can not be used. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements under the authority of FAR 6.302.1.
