- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation is interested in leasing approximately 5500 to 6200 rentable square feet of office and related space in the Portland Oregon Lloyd District; the area under consideration must fall within the following boundaries - north to Weidler Street, West to 6th Ave., South to Lloyd Blvd. and East to 16th. All spaces should be accessible for people with disabilities. Office building shall meet seismic requirements. Require covered parking for 6 vehicles. The term of the lease will be 10 year lease with 5 years firm Space should be ready for occupancy by December 1, 2004. If you are interested in providing this space, please provide the following information to the contracting Officer by Friday, May 14.
