Description

SYNOPSIS for Offutt AFB Project SGBP 96-1065/98-0009/00-0020, Repair Fire Evacuation Supply, Fire Alarms & Fire Protection B 301. The scope of this project is to install fire alarm audio visual devices and wet pipe fire sprinkler piping and heads within areas of Building 301. The associated riser will include flow detection. The project will also replace the existing building fire alarm panel with a new intelligent panel cable of serving the whole 1,500,000 square foot facility. The estimated performance period is 260 days. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, lack of registration in the CCR will make a bidder ineligible for award. Phone requests will not be accepted. The estimated release date of solicitation is set for 28 May 2004. A site visit will be conducted approximately two (2) weeks prior to the anticipated close date of 28 June 2004.
