- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Contractor will furnish all labor, plant, equipment, tools, transportation and materials necessary to provide and deliver a portable closed-circuit color TV inspection system for mainline pipes that meets the minimum specifications at Attachment 1 (SF 1449) to include on-site training. The North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 334310, and the size standard is 750 employees. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Offerors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry (go to internet address: http://www.ccr.gov/ for additional information). Offerors will complete and return the SF 1449 to include price quotes and Representations and Certifications (FAR 52.212-3, DFARS 252.212-7000) which are at Attachment 1. This acquisition includes incidental services covered by Department of Labor Wage Determination 1994-2407, Revision 19 (see Attachment 2).
