- ALL RISK INSURANCE POLICY FOR $47,000,000 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement consititutes the only solicitation. All responsible businesses may submit a quote which if timely received shall be considered by the Department. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. Vendors can contact the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2424. OFFEROR MUST SUBMIT A QUOTE ON ALL-OR-NONE.
