- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, located at White Deer, Pennsylvania anticipates issuance of a solicitation for the renovation of the underground hot water system at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) McKean, Pennsylvania. The successful contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment and expertise for this construction project. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This project is a total 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 237110, which contains a size standard of $28.5 million. The period of performance for the resulting contract is 730 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at www.ccr.gov.
