- Description
- The U. S. Department of Agriculture, Olympic National Forest, is issuing a Request for Proposal to design and construct The Quilcene Equipment Storage Building. Work includes providing and installing a 40 ft. x 100 ft. x 14 ft. high pre-engineered steel building. The building shall contain a small office and bathroom. Additional work includes electrical service, connection of water and telephone. Solicitation R6-OLY-4-18-O will be issued on or about 26 May 2004, with a closing date of 28 June 2004. The Davis Bacon Act applies to this acquisition. The government price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Bonding is required for this project. In accordance with the Small Business Competition Demonstration Project (15 U.S.C. 644 note), this solicitation is NOT set-aside for small business. A price evaluation preference will be given to HUBZone small business concerns. Interested parties can download a copy of this solicitation at this website.
