- The Cibola National Forest is porposing to award a sole source procurement to Discovery Management Group, LLC, 7324-1 SW 204th Ave, Beaverton, OR, 97007-7942. The procurement is for 8 each GPS units with all of the following criteria. 1) Pocket size and cordless. 2) Communicates VIA Bluetooth. 3) 2 to 5 meter accuracy. 4) Real-Time. 5) Differential correction. 6) Seamless integration with ArcPad software.
