- PR No: LTC04098020005. This solicitation will contain one NSN for an Accelerometer, Electrical Linear. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract(IQC). The award will be for a base year and four option years. The approved sources are: Environmental Equipments LTD, Cage K8027, P/N 7569-1 and Chadwick-Helmuth Co., Inc., Cage 99866, P/N 7569-1 The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 6615-01-360-0372, Base Year AEQ: 59 each, Option Year AEQ: 40 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination, 45 days ARO. Specifications, plans, or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 2 Jun 04. The anticipated award date is 27 Aug 04. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
