This is a source control item to General Electric Co (07482) part number 9609M12P03, approved source is Sargent Controls & Aerospace DBA Kahr Bering (97613). See numbered notes 23 & 26. Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination with Quality Assurance Provision (B02). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 964, 552 to be delivered to DDSP New Cumberland, PA and 412 to be delivered to Defense Distribution Depot San Diego, CA within 171 DARO or best possible delivery. 100% option to increase quantity is included in the RFP. Solicitation issue date is 19 May, 2004.
